We're now hiring talented 3D artists to join our team of 40+ full time employees in creating some of the best addons the industry has to offer. The ideal candidate has the following traits: Expert-level knowledge in 3DS-MAX and/or Blender and/or Maya. Experience in modelling and texturing 3D environments. Knowledge of optimisation techniques. Deep knowledge of PBR material pipeline and advanced texturing methods alongside more traditional methods such as Atlas and hand-painted textures. Deep knowledge of material creation software (such as Substance Designer and Substance Painter) Ability to create a balanced & appealing colour palette through lighting, texturing, and material work. Quick learner, with the ability to learn new workflows for content creation. Ability to communicate and collaborate with a wider team and management. Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. A team player who can easily adapt to a rapidly changing environment. Ability to multitask on several projects at a time and keep smiling even under pressure. Demonstrates ability to create high quality, hand-painted 3D models, including an understanding of how to produce assets which are optimised and bug-free. Has experience with modelling real-world locations. Bonus: a passion for flight simulation! This junior position in our company is full time and begins immediately.
